• Serves as an expert on key retailer e-commerce capabilities and works collaboratively with e-commerce specialists to ensure the online availability of products through proper forecasting and partnership agreement fulfillment.
• Establishes an e-commerce toolkit and center of excellence to develop and communicate e-commerce merchandising, assortment, pricing, digital shelf guidelines, digital content, and advertising.
• Plans and oversees traffic and conversion strategies, then measures the efficacy of digital marketing investments in paid search, display media, and other investments with retailer partners as well as Bioderma e-commerce.
• Is responsible for analytics to identify best opportunities for growth, compiles, and communicates key learnings.
• Creates, tracks, and reports KPIs that measure success of the e-commerce business.
Digital Communication Strategy:
• Lead successful growth strategies and platforms across the digital ecosystem, exceeding targets and delivering ROI with effective budget management for B2C and B2B.
• Develop and implement GCC strategy for digital touchpoints, including social media and website, as well as activations for different product ranges.
• Uphold the brand's medical cosmetics DNA, employing an educational approach to enrich fans' lives.
• Position Bioderma ME as a pioneer in digital innovation by creating engaging content strategies with current trends like animated videos, GIFs, and Canvas.
• Collaborate with agency partners to establish the brand's online image, including content, tone of voice, and creative assets.
• Manage activities across digital paid, earned, and owned media channels, optimizing online investments for optimal ROI. • Establish and execute clear plan for SEO/SEA to achieve forecasted KPIs.
