• Supervising a team of HSES professionals
• Reviewing the project HSES plan with the project execution team to re-affirm its adequacy and applicability to the specific tasks.
• Conducting HAZID study, job hazard analysis and Risk assessment for specific activities in consultation with project manager.
• Co-ordination of project HSES activities within organization and of the HSES interfaces between client, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Investigating and analyzing incidents (Accidents and Near miss) and recommending recurrence prevention measures.
• Review and approval of HSES related documents submitted my sub-contractors.
• Ensuring adequate measures have taken to reduce all identified risk to ' As low as Reasonably Practicable' (ALARP)
• Conducting regular HSE inspections of the worksite.
• Control and monitoring of all follow up actions resulting from safety audits for the projects.
• Maintaining daily communications with the subcontractors HSES representatives and project site management team.
• Carrying out HSES performance evaluation of the subcontractors annually or on project completion.

• facilitate a formal HSES kick off meeting with subcontractor management team to communicate HSES expectations and requirements.
• Investigating and analyzing incidents and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop a weekly HSES activity plan for the project, communicate and monitor the compliance.
• Ensure that company HSE policies, procedures and information area clearly communicated and implemented consistency and effectively.
• Supervising a team of HSES professionals and ensuring completion of deliverables and project KPIs.
• Advising the project engineer of the status of HSES activities to ensure that company HSES management system are being applied during the cycle of project.
• Bring attention to the project management any deviation from the HSES plan.
• Providing advise to project manager on matters related to health safety environmental and security.
• Take charge of and control emergency situation onsite, liaise and communicate all relevant parties.
• Connecting regular inspection of the worksite.
