• Responsibilities: -
• Erection, operation and maintenance of Tower crane, building hoist and suspension platform to ensure maximum productivity by reducing downtime of machinery
• Ensure the maximum performance of machinery and vehicle by doing periodic and preventive maintenance effectively
• Leading and managing a workforce of around 75 members including office staff, workshop manpower, storekeepers, drivers and machine operators
• Making proposals for buying vehicles and machinery and submitting them to top management Purchasing of assets like Tower cranes, building hoists, vehicles, lifting, earth moving equipment, etc.

• Successfully managing on-site Repair & periodic maintenance of around 400 working fleets & trucks spread over the UAE
• Managing and coordinating around 35 workforce (Including purchaser, Mechanics, and other office staff) in the department
• Ensure less downtime of equipment & vehicles by planning periodic maintenance on time
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and give training to technicians for periodic maintenance
• Procuring spare parts from various manufacturers like CATERPILLAR, KOMATSU, CUMMINS, PERKINS, MERCEDES, VOLVO, JCB, etc
• Able to use CAT SIS, HINO DX, JCB SERVICE MASTER, JCB SPP,

• Overall supervision of workshop activities like,
• Negotiation and purchase of spare parts for various manufacturers like MERCEDES, VOLVO, RENAULT, CASE, CATERPILLAR, BOBCAT, etc
• Purchase of oil and other lubricants
• Follow up and act on vehicle/machinery registration renewal, waste management certificate renewal, and sweet water filling card renewal from the Abu Dhabi distribution center
• Accident insurance claims negotiation and recovery
• Machine test and safety certificate from the third party
• Dealing with the agency for warranty repair
• Recruiting mechanics and drivers

• Preparing a monthly report and reporting to MD

• I had practical expertise with construction equipment when I started working with Al Marwan, including dozers, graders, excavators, wheel loaders, mobile cranes, tower cranes, etc.
• Promoted to workshop supervisor, and had a significant impact on the problem-solving and deployment of appropriate mechanics to complete the job on time.
• Promoted to Manager of Field Service and Periodic Service. where I developed the skills necessary to oversee a group of 45 employees from different countries who worked as mechanics, drivers, and welders.
• Conducted presentations and training to the mechanics on periodic service, preventive maintenance, and Oil and lubricants.
