Summary
During my university years I took part in multiple software development and analysis projects on which I played different roles like project manager, analyst, software tester and quality assurance.
I prepared projects documents starting from requirements capturing questionnaires, detailed requirements documents, project mockups and wire-frames, tasks backlog and development plans, testing strategies and traceability matrices.
To enrich my knowledge in this field I took a 20 hours course in software testing and quality assurance in which I learnt about test automation versus manual test, test cases, bugs reporting, mobile and web testing, smoke testing, software testing life cycle, testing tools and white, black and gray box testing. I also worked on performance, regression, security, smoke and usability testing in addition to data recovery.
