Play a pivotal role in driving project activities from definition to completion, ensuring adherence to project methodologies and standards. Manage projects related to End-to-End Security Solutions, including AI Cameras, Radar, VMS, and their integrations.

Pre-Sale Project Activities:

• Present technical presentations to clients, explaining product features, benefits, and roadmap updates.
• Help the team implement successful sales strategies for complex engineering projects.
• Assist and provide technical advice on project or integration-related inquiries.
• Support the sales/pre-sales team with proof of concept (POC), demonstrations, and site surveys as needed.
• Participate in trade shows with the sales team.
• Work with product managers to discuss the product roadmap and ensure alignment with market needs and requirements.
• Participate in Alpha and Beta Programs for new products, working closely with R&D for feedback and comments.
• Collaborate with the Pre-Sale Team on project documentation, including plans, design reports, and risk assessments.

After-Sale Project Activities:

• Coordinate meetings, track progress, and identify risks or issues during the project execution phase, including delivery, FAT, commissioning, training, and handover.
• Serve as the primary connection between customers and the Technical Support team, addressing any technical issues that arise during project operations.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Needs Analysis: Fully understand customer needs and competitors' products to provide competitive solutions for customer applications.
• Documentation: Provide BOQs, compliance statements, technical submittals, schematic diagrams, and designs in accordance with needed standards for Security Solutions to meet customer demand.
• Systems Design: Design systems and perform detailed engineering for awarded projects, including preparation of design drawings, calculations, software implementation, and reporting for Security Solutions.
• Technical Presentations: Present technical presentations to clients to explain product features and benefits.
• Client Engagement: Meet with consultants and end users to discuss their needs and specify our solutions.
• Sales Strategy: Help the team implement successful sales strategies for complex engineering projects.
• Customer Requests: Respond to specific customer requests, including RFP responses and industry-specific solutions.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, promote products, and deliver sales support.
• Sales Support Activities: Support the sales team with proof of concept (POC), demonstrations, and site surveys as needed.
• Trade Shows: Participate in trade shows with the sales team.
• Product Roadmap: Work with product managers to discuss the product's roadmap and ensure it aligns with market needs/requirements.
• Product Development: Participate in Alpha and Beta Programs for new, upcoming products and work closely with R&D for feedback and comments.

• Fully understand the customer needs and competitors' products to provide a competitive solution for customers' applications.
• Provide BOQs, compliance statement, technical submittals, schematic diagrams, and design in accordance with the needed standards, with Security and Fire products, to meet customer demand.
• Systems design / detailed engineering for awarded projects that include preparation of design drawings, calculations, software implementation and/or reporting for Security and Fire systems.
• Monitored installation of materials and equipment for compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Determined and scheduled priorities as required to progress engineering work.
• Assessed impact of modification requests for ongoing projects.
• Recommended improvements for design, construction means and materials based on field or changing conditions.
• Consult with authorities to discuss concerned regulations and to recommend changes as necessary to meet the job specification and compliance.
• Testing, programming, commissioning and handing over for the project.
