01) I have accomplished while in charge of Du/Etisalat and stock inventory. Under my leadership, significant cost savings were achieved in billing for both Etisalat and Du, with a remarkable 80% reduction in costs for Etisalat and a 25% reduction for Du.

02) I played a key role in registering our company in the Asateel Abu Dhabi (ITC) department, opening up new business opportunities for our organization.

03) I have also led the development and implementation of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Operations team, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project delivery.

After taking charge of the inventory management responsibilities and coordinating with our devices suppliers Teltonika and Ruptela, I have successfully reduced the overall cost by approximately 15%.
