Accomplishments

From 2016 to 2025, the CV&E Aftersales Division under my leadership has achieved remarkable progress, establishing itself as a core driver of company success. We secured market leadership in waste management and medium-duty segments and expanded our footprint across the UAE and into construction, oil & gas, and logistics sectors. This growth is supported by a comprehensive nationwide network of workshops, spare parts outlets, mobile service vans, and on-site support solutions that ensure full coverage and rapid response.
We have successfully secured and renewed major multi-year government and private contracts, including National Guard, MOI Civil Defense, and leading waste management companies resulting in an exceptional 95% customer retention rate over six years. Operational excellence has been reinforced through prestigious recognitions such as UD Gemba Challenge Champions (1st in MEENA Region) and awards for uptime innovation, reflecting my team commitment to technical excellence, continuous training, and customer-first service delivery.
Financially, the aftersales division has achieved substantial growth through increased net sales, improved gross profit, and higher divisional margins. Strong cost control measures, optimized inventory management, and improved stock turnover have significantly enhanced profitability and operational efficiency. A continued customer-centric approach with high satisfaction levels, strong acquisition rates, and zero service returns in 2024 demonstrates our focus on quality, reliability, and long-term partnerships.
As a certified Competence Coach, I lead annual capability-development programs that strengthen team performance and technical expertise. My KPI-driven management focused on customer satisfaction, recovery rate, labor productivity, and process optimization has consistently improved workshop efficiency and increased sales. I have also secured multi-brand service contracts across government, private, and waste management segments, now representing more than 50% of total service department revenue.
