Review and approval of IPR/PO, Budget Journals and encumbrance, Budget Preparation and Distribution, Posting and verifying of Journal vouchers, Inventory Count., Cash Management ,Risk Management, Corporate Finance activities, Validation and processing of payments through Cash, Credit Card, Cheque and Bank Transfer, Accurate recording in Oracle , Checking and validation of all the supporting invoices submitted, Reconciliation of payroll journals, Follow up of bank guaranties, letter of credit and receivables financing with banks.

• General ledger, Supplier invoices, Management reports, MIS reporting of inventory and assets, Cash flow statement, Reconciliation of supplier account, KPI and SLA management, Bank reconciliation, Fixed asset reconciliation.
• Prepare and review revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
• Supervise and coordinate the Accounts division; ensure that all accounts.
• Liaise with external auditors; implement recommendations if any; take corrective action wherever required.

• Perform daily accounting transactions such as creating and posting vouchers.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts and reconciliation of debtors and creditors.
• Review payroll related calculations including deduction, staff benefits etc.
• Management of cash, collection of debtors and payments to creditors.
• Prepare monthly / weekly and other periodical financial reports.
• Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
• Assures protection for the assets through proper insurance coverage.
