· Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Seniors through all stages of the recruitment process such as prescreening attending interview document revision, hiring requests, obtain human resources community approvals for interviews, CID Submissions, daily CID updates, human resources approval reports, scheduling interviews, completing onboarding processes and supervising new joiner data entry including but not limited to Fusion and Department of Finance system (ERP) creating positions, salary entries and assessments, report analysis and overall high system knowledge.
· Process all types of visas including employment visas, residence visas for employees as well as for new joiners.
· Ensures that all documents received from the relevant departments are complete and accurate to ensure time efficiency.
· Checking and following up continuously the status of the previous applications and transactions submitted to government entities.
· Be up to date with regards to any changes or amendments to the local laws, regulations, and other procedures that are relevant to the field and ensure I familiarize the department of such changes.
