I have a solid background in programme development and management across both development and humanitarian contexts, with extensive experience applying Results-Based Management (RBM) principles to ensure evidence-based programming and informed decision-making. Over the past 20 years, I have worked with UN agencies, NGOs, and government institutions for programs and projects serving rural and urban people including IDPs, Refugees, Returnees and host communities; these programs were: A) Agriculture B) Rural development C) Health, Water and Sanitation D) Population Dynamics and Gender Based Violence E) Data Generation and Management My work has spanned program design and implementation, as well as leading the development of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) Systems, Frameworks, and Evaluation Plans.
