I have a solid background in programme development and management across both development and humanitarian contexts, with extensive experience applying Results-Based Management (RBM) principles to ensure evidence-based programming and informed decision-making. Over the past 20 years, I have worked with UN agencies, NGOs, and government institutions for programs and projects serving rural and urban people including IDPs, Refugees, Returnees and host communities; these programs were: A) Agriculture B) Rural development C) Health, Water and Sanitation D) Population Dynamics and Gender Based Violence E) Data Generation and Management My work has spanned program design and implementation, as well as leading the development of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) Systems, Frameworks, and Evaluation Plans. My expertise includes problem and objective analysis, prioritization, Theory of Change development, formulation of Results and Resources Plans, and Logical Frameworks. I have also led results-based planning, monitoring, and reporting processes that strengthened strategic planning and improved program performance. I am proficient in analytical and data visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, KoboToolbox, SPSS, and DHIS2. Beyond technical expertise, I bring a strong commitment to accountability, learning, and adaptive management. I have successfully facilitated capacity-building workshops for staff and partners on project cycle management, RBM, and program quality assurance.
