Summary
I have to date 10 years of experience in engineering and operations services including digital and technology integration in both technical and management positions. I worked on multiple market sectors and throughout the project lifecycle from initial planning phases through detailed design and operations stages. Supper Club Owner
It is a new dinning experience concept often one-off events in an intimate space, with a limited innovative menu, offering something different – and quite possibly unique.
The supper club traditionally began in the home, with myself whipping up family recipes and charging my friends and neighbours for the pleasure. However, it soon evolved into a secret club that allows a select few to experience something unique mainly revolved around BBQ and prime meat cuts offering unique and non traditional cuts.
