Key Achievements:
At Galadari Advocates: Conducted extensive work on the firm's CRM database which included aligning all client data onto one platform, developing specific codes to identify clients according to their sectors and strength of relationships. This helped BD efforts by determining "low hanging fruits", based on which the approach was tailored for target clients. This project was the groundwork for implementation of the CRM system that the firm launched.
At past role: Launched expansion into a new and very profitable unique business line (Tire R&D and Tire Building conferences), and grew it from 1 to 4 conferences a year. As a part of the strategic BD plan, created an advocacy group and advisory board consisting of C-level executives from the world leading automation companies.
Originally hired in a role of event and marketing executive, got promoted to Client Relationship & Sustainability role within the first 6 months.
