Responsible for monitoring and managing the gate entry and exit system to ensure the smooth operation of the terminal and accountable for the safety, integrity, and security of the terminal.

• Monitoring and managing the entry and exit of booked vehicles and pre‑planned visitors and contractors to the terminal.
• Operation of the Terminal Operating System(TOS), Gate Operator System(GOS), Vehicle Booking System(VBS) required.
• Perform Xclerk exceptions to manage mismatch information, or determine the correct path before a lane can be opened.
• Using the LPR images, the PTZ cameras, the VoIP to talk to the drivers.
• Data entry and management.
• Preparation of Delivery Notes to clients using ODOO software and ensure correct materials are delivered to assigned customer.
• Updating Client of availability materials in the stockpile.

• Deployment of guards at the sites.
• Checking guards deportment and providing all necessary items from the company head office to their sites.
• Strengthen relationship between clients and the company by regular visiting sites and interaction.
• Solving guards problems they encounter on their sites.
• Updating guards with the latest information from the company. Like medical visa dates, passport renewal, NSI training, CICPA card expire date.
• Changing guards shifts day and night accordingly.
• Updating monthly attendance of guards to manager and to the accounts department.
