• Managing accounts receivables, which involves preparing invoices, posting receipts, and analyzing A/R aging reports.
• Handling accounts payables, including matching purchase orders, posting payables, and preparing checks for payments. Also, running A/P aging reports and analysis.
• Examining bank statements and reconciling them with entries in the general ledger to ensure accuracy.
• Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial documents with relevant laws and regulations.
• Preparing daily reports for sales, cash inflow, and outflow. Contributing to strong client relationships through positive interactions with client personnel.
• Coordinated recordkeeping for compliance, tax preparation and external audits.
• Handled supplier invoices from receipt through to timely payment.
• Reviewed and approved payments in line with company policies.

The role involves:

• Addressing inquiries related to accounting procedures by researching and interpreting accounting policies and regulations.
• Providing suggestions to reduce costs, boost revenues, and enhance profits.
• Utilizing Tally ERP 9.0 software to manage and monitor all accounts.
• Taking responsibility for both Accounts Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payables (AP).
• Preparing payments by verifying documentation and processing disbursements.
• Managing petty cash for daily operational needs.
