• Ensure rule compliance and provide support for all audit protocols as needed.
• AED 150k+ revenue was successfully generated by selling insurance - motor, travel, and home insurance. Additionally, upsell OTC products with a revenue of over AED 35,000.
• Increase revenue by cross-selling other banking products such as conventional and Islamic credit cards and personal loans, opening Islamic accounts and handling Murabaha contracts, opening digital accounts and credit card loans, and IPP conversions on credit card outstanding.
