

1. Staff Transfer Team :-
Completion of the mandate and commissioning procedures from and to the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City, such as:-
• Receiving forms of assignment, commissioning and auditing on the accuracy of employee data.
• Addressing departments and concerned authorities to take necessary approvals.
• Match the functions mentioned with the approved organizational structure.
• Conduct a study of the employee's career profile and submit it to the Human Resources Committee.
• Issuing administrative decisions after adopting the outputs of the Human Resources Committee.
2.head of resignation and Termination and retirement Team: -
Staff resignations: -
• Receive the resignation form and the interview form of the employee who resigned.
• Hold a salary stop by the date of the last working day and send it to the Department of Finance
• Issuing the administrative decision on termination and its approval by the Director General
• Terminating the service of the employee who has resigned in the Abu Dhabi Government Resources System and extracting the form of payment of termination benefits and sending to the Accounts Department. Notice and termination of expatriate legal staff. Notice and termination of employees who are absent from work and absence.
3. Retirement Team: -
Addressing all sectors and departments in the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City to inform us of the plan and the disclosure of employees who have been retired.
• Inform the employees who have completed the retirement.
• Complete the procedures through the Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions and Pensions Fund. Completion of the procedures through the Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions and Pensions Fund, which includes the incorporation of a previous service, the registration of a new employee and the termination of the service of an employee.
4. Staff Complains Team:-
• Collect the complaints forms from the employees via HRMS System.
• Prepare and analyses each case by power point slides to show them to the Grievance committee .
• Transfer the complaints committee decisions and recommendations to the higher Grievance committee.
• Inform the employees about their complaints status after Higher committee issued the final report.
• Design a database for all transactions which are achieved by employees' complaints team.
• Provide updated work planning to HR director. Such as transferring the employees in human recourses division to let them gain new skills and develop their abilities

5 . Coordination with legal department affairs
• Fellow - up and coordination regarding the legal procedure regarding the financial claims of terminated employees.
.Preparing needed data and information for lawsuit filed against entity from a human resources perspective.
