As part of my responsibilities, I oversee all day-to-day site operations, ensuring effective supervision of contractors and subcontractors to meet targets and deadlines. I manage various site documentation, including site instructions, daily diaries, record sheets, and other reporting forms, while liaising with clients to clarify the scope of work and project requirements, providing regular updates throughout the process. I report on progress, identify problems, and communicate information requirements to stakeholders. Additionally, I maintain strict compliance with current safety legislation on-site and coordinate closely with architects and owners regarding project requirements, budgets, and contractor needs. I manage the project schedule and sequence construction activities to optimize performance against objectives, implement innovative cost-effective working methods to reduce project outgoings and maximize potential profits while also sourcing cost-efficient materials and tools to adhere to budget constraints.

Achievements:

• Peninsula Plot B Project Consists of Tower above common basement and 3 podiums (2023 - current)
• Grand Bleu Project Consists of 2 towers (Tower01 45 Floors + Tower02 26 Floors above common basement, ground floor and 6 Podiums (2021-2023)
• Town Square Project Consists of 4 residential Buildings above common basement, ground floor and podium floor (2018-2021)
• Multi Storey car parking at Dubai Trade Center District consists of ground floors, 5 floors and roof (2017-2018)
• Outstanding innovation performance in regards to the KAIZEN Implementation Program.

I scheduled projects and resources to meet deadlines while achieving target spending. This involved coordinating project resources, goals, and activities to ensure a smooth and successful closure and handover of projects.

I supervised site work to ensure that quality and safety standards were met ahead of sign-off. This involved coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to deliver projects effectively. I monitored and maintained health and safety standards for site compliance, motivating teams to meet deadlines through regular site visits and inspections. By actively problem-solving and eliminating bottlenecks, I ensured smooth project progression. Additionally, I prevented project delays by conducting carefully considered risk and feasibility assessments, allowing for proactive management of potential issues.
