Project Management:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

To fully complete all worksheets, data forms, technical and administrative records, calibration and maintenance documentation, time sheets and service documents legibly, and to distribute or file these in the appropriate location.

To attend and participate in departmental quality and safety meetings

Participate / investigate the non-conformities identified while performing duty assigned.

Participate in review / improvement of department QA documentations (i.e. forms, procedures, chart etc) and if necessary revise and implement upon approval of supervisor.

Keep track and initiate updating of own security pass, government and client permits, medical records, transportation permits etc.

Field Operations:

Provides customers with technical product support relating specifically to Chemical Tracer, Radioactive Tracer and Logging Services.

Mixes radioactive tracer and chemicals tracers and injects into a line going into the well.

Utilizing the STMU (Spectral Tracer Monitoring Unit), measures the tracer material going downhole.

Communicates status of the tracer and logging operations to the customer including screen-outs (material in the line), pump stops, logging tool failures and successes and completion of the job.

Upon completion of tracer operations, utilizes the Geiger meter to survey the well site to ensure that no radioactive materials residue remains at the site.

Accurately completes and submits all required reports at the conclusion of the job.

Responsible for safe handling and transportation of all assigned chemical/radioactive material and equipment.

Shall be responsible for gathering and mobilizing all required equipment before

performing operations and be responsible for maintaining all logging and pumping equipment in working condition.

Responsible for complying with all safety procedures when performing operations involving the use of radioactive materials, chemicals, and logging tools.

Incumbent is responsible for maintaining the company vehicle that is assigned to him, including keeping the interior and exterior of the vehicle clean and regular mechanical maintenance.

Ticketing/Invoicing:

Record and track all field receipts.

Track, coordinate, and update PO requirements for jobs on a monthly basis

Make sure outstanding tickets are invoiced monthly

Follow up with clients for invoice approval and payment.

Give updates on ageing reports to internal management.

Permit coordinator for all civil work (building and earth work)

Responsible for Erection and installation all the piping scope

For areas (CDS-RDS1-RDS2)

Pre-party Walk down on Test packages

Origination of work permits for all piping activities at site

And ensure all the safety requirements are satisfied.

Supervision and controlling all site activities (welding and erection).

Preparing of daily & weekly progress reports

Coordinating with other correlated departments

(PWHT, E&I, QC, civil, steel structure & engineering)

Ensure all the test packages are clear and ready for hydro test.

Responsible for systems mechanical completion

Stage wise Inspection of all type of Static Process Equipment is like, pressure vessels, Columns Heat Exchanger, Reactors etc.

Preparation of QA documents Like QAP, Inspection Test plan, Weld plan, WPS As per Specification & Code Requirement etc.

Co-ordination with client & TPI

Inspection of boilers, Drums As per IBR-1950 Regulation

Preparation of All IBR Forms, II, III, IV etc.

Inspection of U-Stamp Vessels Strictly as per Requirement of ASME.

Inspection & Expediting at Sub- vendor Places

Preparation of Final Dimension Reports, Stage wise Reports etc.

Knowledge of Fabrication Procedure of Static Process Equipment’s.

Raising all deviations Related with Inspection

Evaluation of NDT of raw materials, Welds

Monitoring and inspection of fabrication stages of machining, welding, heat treatment, sand blasting painting etc.

Review Fabrication and equipment general specification.

Ensure that the design, specifications, drawings and other data generated by the engineering contactor meet the quality requirements and are in compliance with applicable codes, laws and regulations.

Raising all technical queries/field action report related to design as per construction code requirement.
