- Provide service engineers, team leaders & technicians with required technical backup
- Responsible for review and enhancement of service procedure and forms (Service operation), operation policy & quality policy

- Provide detailed technical support in all activities associated with contracts tendering and planning process and related to electrical and mechanical requirements, including but not limited to updating tendering document (RFQ/RFP/ Bid Document), reviewing received quotations
