  • Instead of offering to customer one product at a high price, I searched for another product for trucks with a lower prices than Volvo (dealer under our group company) and with v.good quality, In order to not lose customers at all levels (expensive or cheap) , and after I got SHACMAN trucks, I modified the specifications according to what required their work in the Sudanese environment and conditions
  • Three factors have been taken to make SHACMAN success at Sudan market, which are as follows:
  • 1- Fuel I chose the mechanical type, because the fuel produced and imported to Sudan contains many impurities and this harm the injectors
  • 2- Sudanese atmosphere (high temperatures, dust particles)
  • Regarding temperatures, Volvo cooling system was transferred to SHACMAN, and the thermostat was opened at 80 degrees
  • Water tank protection grid
  • Regarding the dust, desert-type air filters were selected, the air filters at dump trucks were also modified to oil bath filter
  • Tropical type A/C
  • Tropical type hoses
  • Heat preservation cabin
  • Modifying the air passage line from the air compressor to pass through the radiator fan area in order to cool it in order to avoid the destruction of air devices due to the hot air
  • 3- To avoid Rough roads :
  • Inner tube tires Selcted
  • Modify the bumper from fiber to iron
  • Put a grill to protect the head lamps and tail lamp
  • Anti-theft equipment for battery
  • Anti-theft equipment for for fuel tank
