- Planning and monitoring the work flow from the date of Purchase Order to till the material dispatch

- Coordination & Regular updating the status of order with customer in a professional way

- Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and delivered as committed to the customer ordering outsourcing materials soon after receiving the PO

- Coordination with the executives to priorities the dispatches and updating the changes

- Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.

- Delivering the material with zero defects though there is a defect will be solved on priority

- Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department. Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates.
