• Advise and assist all personnel in the project in implementation of the contractor HSE plan and compliance with the relevant HSE legislation and ensure that the line staff adhere to the HSE plan requirements while carrying out work at site.
• Responsible to monitor site activities to ensure that safety precautions are in place as per plan and procedures.
• Carry out periodical site inspections as per schedule/unscheduled and check compliance.
• Training employees on methods of safe work practices at site.
• Dealing with emergencies in accordance with the emergency plan.
• Attend site HSE walk-around with Client/ Engineer/ & Contractor.
  • Initiate necessary risk assessment (RA) based on the method statement for various activities in coordination with line staff and HSE Manager.
