• Delivering the project to the specified quality, time and within the budget.
• Project co-ordination with Client, Consultant, Engineering Department, Procurement Department, Subcontractors, Vendors, Incoming Utilities , site construction team for installation, Testing, and commissioning works for all project activities.
• In charge of reviewing and commenting submitted shop drawings if it is in conjunction and adhere to the design requirements.
• Responsible for the engineering evaluations, Electrical system review, startup testing and full commissioning as required to meet building/plant interface and integration requirements.
• Review and define Electrical system design requirements with good knowledge of plumbing and HVAC, interface to plant infrastructures and countercheck and provide inputs in preparation of construction drawings and design calculation to conform to project design and general requirements associated to have an efficient and high-quality project turn-over.
• Project Planning, Progress Reports and Claims. Plan work schedule and set productivity to be achieved.
• Review of method statements, commissioning plan/script and preparation of Inspection and Test Plan.
• Verify installation, functional performance, training and operation and maintenance documentation.
• Prepare quantity take-off and Bill of quantities for budget preparation. Produce estimates to deliver the best cost solution for each project bearing in mind all constraints. Technical evaluation of vendor quotation.
• Implement the QA/QC management system at site and ensures the quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical & Electrical completion certificates and the documentation for specific systems and buildings/areas are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements.
• Compliance with the site’s health and safety regulation.
