Dubai Municipality (DM)Projects:

• DS/197/1 SEWERAGE SYSTEM FOR INTERCONNECTING DEVELOPED COMMUNITIES IN JEBEL ALI AREA TO DM NETWORKS.
• DS-206 UPGRADING PUMP STATIONS K, Q (Al Rashida, Al Qusais).
• DS 203/1 EXTENSION AND REHABILITATION OF AL WARSAN SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT.

A brief of my current ongoing project Ds/197/1:

The Gravity Sewerage Network to be provided approximately GRP pipeline of 800 mm to 2600 mm dia. Total length: 26,600 Meters; 100 sewerage manholes, Relocation of existing utilities within trench. Sewerage Pumping Station and associated ancillaries works located near Jumeirah Golf Estate Sewerage. Treatment Plant along Sheikh Zayed Road: Phase 1 will include all civil and electromechanical. works for 3,500 L/s @ 119.3 M TDH with vertically mounted four (4) centrifugal pumps (3 duty +1standby), each of 1,167 l/s capacity, including all pipework, civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and SCADA work. Phase 2 after completion will create a pump station capacity of 7,000. L/s @ 119.3 m TDH.Construction of an accommodation building, site facilities as TSE and potable water supply. Construction of 1600 mm dia. GRP force main (23 KM. length) with associated air valves. Washout value and discharge chamber, construction of 800 mm dia.

My responsibility

• Evaluate site conditions and fulfill project requirements.

• Allocate and manage electrical teams and subcontractors.

• Inspect ongoing electrical work to ensure quality and productivity. • Prepare progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Evaluate the productivity and quality of electrical teams and subcontractors.

• Create work sequences and coordinate with other project divisions.

• Attend site inspections and obtain work approvals.

• Review MEP shop drawings and ensure their applicability on-site.

• Review and approve MEP equipment, systems, and fittings for suitability on site.

•Conduct required testing and commissioning activities at the site.

•Attend manufacturer testing and commissioning activities.

• Adhere to DM, DEWA, and DCD regulations and standards.

• Control panels designing, installing, and troubleshooting such as (DOL, STAR/DELTA, VFD, and power factor correction)
• VFDs installing, programming, and troubleshooting
• PLC and HMI programming, installation, and troubleshooting
• Design a maintenance program
• Make machinery spare parts reports
• Repair Electrical Systems and act quickly to make on-the-spot repairs when electrical systems and machinery malfunction.
