Duties And Responsibilities

• Execute cable laying project as per TAQA Standards
• Responsible for production of Precast Trough and ensure precast trough are manufactured as per TAQA standard
• Coordinating with laboratory for carryout Slump test, temperature measurement, Cube test for concrete
• Arranging Trial Mix for Trough, CBS with consultant Engineer
• Arranging soil investigation for the section and Road crossing area
• Preparing Trial Pit reports and indicating the various service depths
• Ensure required NOC's and Permits are obtained and valid prior to start the work at site
• Arranging to obtain necessary NOC and permits from various Utility owners (TAQA T, TAQA D, ADM, TPD, ETISALAT, DU, GHQ, CICPA,.. etc.)
• Coordinating with Consultant Site Resident engineer and arranging for RFI
• Carry out inspections and checking all Quality related procedures in site activity as per approved Method Statement and Project Specifications
• Ensure TAQA approved HSE plan is strictly maintained and followed at Site
• After obtaining inspection from consultant engineer, proceeding for blinding, excavation, trough placement, cable laying, CBS filling and other works as per TAQA standards
• Carryout the Road Crossing works (Open Cut, NDRC) as per approved drawings
• Ensure Warning Tapes and backfilling are to be done as per TAQA standards after inspection from consultant engineer
• Reinstatement and fixing of Route markers and arranging final inspection
• Attending daily coordination meeting and follow up on site
• Prepare and submit all site documents such as MIR, RFI, Daily reports, Method statements, Material submittals, Logs,..etc.
• Assistance in preparation of weekly & monthly report to client
• Monitoring the quality of work throughout the project

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures that the construction works carried out, achieves the stages within reasonable time to meet the project time schedules/milestones
• Carry out all construction activities such as excavation for foundation and utilities, Rebar and Concrete works, finishing works,..etc.
• Arranging Trial Mix for different types of concrete with consultant Engineer
• Assist and supervise in carrying out all testing such as soil, concrete, waterproofing, plaster, paint, in addition to materials testing
• Handling the group of foremen/workers.
• Monitors the day-to-day activities at site and ensure all works as per specifications and approved drawings
• Quantity surveying and help in prepare and submitting the invoices
• Monitoring the safety and informing the safety coordinator in terms of any unsafe activity

• Supervised a wide range of construction activities, including excavation, foundations and raft works, columns, slabs, walls, finishing works, manholes, pits, stormwater networks, and duct bank works
• Ensured all site works were executed in accordance with approved Method Statements, project specifications, and QA/QC requirements, and coordinated inspections with the consultant engineer
• Oversaw and monitored critical structural activities, including reinforcement installation, formwork preparation, waterproofing works, and concrete casting operations
• Ensured compliance with all safety requirements on site, including obtaining the necessary permits prior to commencing any activity
• Performed quantity surveying tasks for the project, including verification and certification of subcontractor and supplier invoices
• Prepared and submitted essential site documentation, such as MIRs, RFIs, daily reports, method statements, material submittals, and logs
