• Participating & Preparing documents for ISO Audits.
• Preparing HSE Monthly Reports For ADNOC Distribution Maintenance Contract. Covering, MSRA Reports, Observation Reports, Vehicle inspection Records, Road Safety Rag Reports, Medical Tracker etc. in Monthly Basis.
• Arranging and coordinating HSE inductions and site-specific safety trainings for employees across ADNOC and other project sites.
• Managing ATA (Training Portal) & Scheduling & arranging Required Training to Employees.
• Conducting monthly internal HSE trainings in alignment with the annual training plan
• Maintaining & Updating Training Tracker & Records
• Arranging & Coordinating Pre employment & Periodic medical to employees & Tracking the Records
• Handling IVMS Portal (In-Vehicle Monitoring System) & generating Road Safety Rag Reports by monthly basis and submitting to Client.
