- And my duties as follow:
- Trouble Shooting of Various Kinds Of CHILLERS (CARRIER,YORK,TRANE,PETRA,SKM)
- HVAC & Refrigeration Equipments
- Prepare and Material controlling
- Overhauling of Semi sealed Compressors
- Complete daily work orders and scheduled preventative maintenance of HVAC Equipments
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs with the customers and Dispatch
- Maintained HVAC System by diagnosing.
- Repairing/replacing compressors, condenser motors, pumps evaporator
- Metering device, TXV’s, humidity and temperature controls, control Panels, fans, switches, gauges, fuses, tubing and components
- Diagnose Electrical, control and Mechanical failures and problems
- Change filters, compressor, fan motors, and clean fan coils as needed
- Ensure cleanliness in the assigned work spaces
- Perform other duties as assigned.
