• Manages the daily work and safety of sanitation associates engaged in building and grounds maintenance, sanitation, refrigeration systems, powered industrial equipment and security
• Manages the proper selection, purchase, utilization and inventory of powered industrial equipment used in support of the operation
• Coordinates efforts with Safety department to aid in training by conducting associate observations, updating preferred work methods, conducting accident investigations to determine root causes, and conducting routine safety inspections
• Enforcing labour agreements including requests for overtime
• Observe and promote Company standards and policies on safety, quality and productivity
• Responsible for supervising assigned team members
• Performs personnel functions such as
