Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Site Inspection activities of MV/LV switchgears, Dry type Transformers, MCC panels, VFDs, MV Cable laying, Earthing & Lightning system, Lighting and small power systems, Cable trays and cable routing Cathodic Protection system, Instruments installation & its tubing
• Responsible for managing the internal turnover process, of systems and subsystems, between ERECTION and COMMISSIONING on site under the responsibility of the Commissioning Manager
• Compile individual punch lists for each TOP and passes each of them to the COMM for categorization before a transfer to implementation in the Master Punch-list Data Base
• Verify with the Site Quality Manager that for each TOP, the necessary quality documentation from erection is complete and prepares the TOP certificates and ensures that all involved parties have signed after the turnover
• Conduct and co-ordinate meetings with subcontractor for any Technical related issues & for the smooth follow up of Quality management system / site activities
• Co-ordinated the Subsystem wise Turnover packages with the client for the ECC & final handing over to commissioning team
• Lead the team for the clearance of the snags at site and further validation with client

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experienced in the Installation inspection of Power Transformers, 115/132KV GIS, MV Switchgears, 13.8/11KV MV Cables & 115/132KV HV Cables.

•Experienced in the Material inspection of MCC panels, LV AC/DC panels, Earthing & Lightning Protections, Lighting system, Cable routing system, Control/Protection Panels, CCTV & Telecommunication systems for FAT.

*Responsible for methodical and systematic routine Material Receiving Inspection, Site Acceptance Testing and Final Inspection of all electrical installations.

• Contribute and Coordinate with Project Manager / Project team for timely execution of all activities by ensuring that client Interests are fully protected and optimized.

*Conduct and co-ordinate meetings with subcontractor for any Technical related issues & for the smooth follow up of Quality system / site activities.

* Review and preparation of the inspection and test plan, inspection checklist and methods statement for electrical (Low, Medium, and High Voltage Power Distribution System) and control systems. * Conduct Vendor Inspection, site supervision, surveillance, issuance of Quality Control Instruction and Non Conformance Report for defined works out of standards and specifications.

228MIGD Desalination Plant Construction for SWCC, Ras-al-khair , KSA

Roles & Responsibilities

· Electrical & Instrumentation Equipment Installation activities of Desalination Plant(MSF & RO)

· Involved in the Installation activities such as MV Cable laying, Earthing & Lightning system, Raceways & cable routing, MV / LV Switch gears, Cathodic Protection system, Instrumentation equipments installation & Instrumentation tubings.

· Performed Work & Material Inspection with Client (SWCC).

· Provide technical support to subcontractors in Erection activities.

· Review all the associated supplier related quality control documentations, solving of field inspection issues and non-conformances

· Preparing monthly Progress , Invoice back up &Payment Documents for Client Validation

· Preparation & submission of turnover document.

· Monitored the testing of the Electrical equipment &utilities prior to commissioning.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Worked in (Pallom) 220kV Substation Project with O & M team
• Weekly ,Monthly & quarterly inspection on 220/110KV Power transformers, CT,PT, Lightning Arresters, Circuit breakers etc
