post in pediatric cardiac ICU
Looking for patients post cardiac surgery , we receive patients postoperatively . deal with all post cardiac surgery complication including arrhythmias , JET , LCOS , chylothorax electrolyte disturbance , bleeding and ventilatory issues .

• post Started as PICU resident in 2019 , and promoted to PICU specialist after my MD . our job description is to assess patients at ER and word level and safely transfer them to PICU . examining the patients and start the management plan .
• Provided emergent medical care and treatment for life-threatening injuries and illnesses. used to deal with both medical and surgical patients including trauma and burn who are critically ill .
• communication with other discipline and families and difficult scenarios counseling.

A 4 year training program , in a 8 different hospital as per program.

• 24 month in pediatric emergency and general pediatric .
• 6 month in NICU .
• 2 month in PICU.
• 8 month subspecialty ( cardiology , nephrology , oncology , dermatology and radiology )
• rest in minors .

Post in pediatric department :

• Teaching for final years students .
• run clinical rounds .
• teach students history and clinical examination techniques .
