Responsible for and leads the global business travel segment covering Global Corporates accounts, Global Travel Management companies TMCs, Business Rewards and MICE. This includes developing and driving a global strategy, guide and lead a team of GKAMs to maximize revenue from the Global portfolio (>350 Global Corporate Accounts and TMCs) which currently contributes more than 15% to Emirates overall revenuew, support the network commercial teams in delivering their business travel targets; and looks after other centrally steered business travel programs, such as Business Rewards & MICE program, to help maximize the business travel contribution to the overall Emirates revenue. The overall goals of my role are:
· Develop high-scale revenue streams from global clients, delivering to the overarching / network-wide commercial objectives, encompassing all POO and POS
· Establish relationships and deliver enhanced Emirates value propositions, designed for global clients with global travel requirements
· Continuously scope opportunities to secure our longer term strategic interest with global clients, beyond immediate travel needs
· Leverage global client relationships to extract more value in the interest of other EKG stakeholders
