- Confirm the connecting vessel's ETA, cut-off time, and available stowage slots. If the connection window is tight (same-day or next vessel), flag these as priority discharge.
- Inventory Management: Assign transshipment boxes to yard blocks close to the berth where the connecting vessel will work, ideally grouped by connecting voyage to avoid re-handling. Avoid stacking transshipment cargo under long-dwell import boxes.
- Monitoring MNR activities like Structural damages (dents, holes, corrosion, broken/bent frame), Door and locking mechanism function Floor condition (for dry vans)
