Roles And Responsibilities in Paper Mill
- Testing Physical Properties of Paper (basic Weight, caliper, bulk, formation index, porosity, two sidedness, smoothness, Strength Properties (Tensile strength, tearing strength, bursting strength, stiffness, RCT, CMT, SCT ) & Optical Properties (Brightness opacity, whiteness, gloss, color) & sizing efficiency by using cob tester.
- Testing properties of pulp at different stages (FPR,FPAR, consistency, ᵒSR etc.).
- To ensure quality of the input raw material (Fibrous and Chemicals) and product as well.
- Testing of all cut Quality papers from cutters & winders.
- Monitoring Input chemical related to pulping and paper making.
- Wastewater Analysis of Effluent Treatment Plant to control Parameters like PH,TDS,TSS COD,VSS,MLSS,MLVSS,CALCIUM,DO,SV30.
- I can handle all the location of the quality purpose.
Job Responsibilities Multi Organics
- Handling Unit Process such as Sulphonation, Neutralization, ,Fusion , Acidification
- Unit operation such as AN Distillation & Crystallization.
- Transfer & Handling of Hazardous Chemicals like Caustic Soda, Conc. Sulphuric Acid etc.
- Co-ordination with maintenance, electrical & Instruments Department to reduce trouble.
- To Control shift operations & Develop men power.
