  • Support the Relationship Managers, with AUM of around USD 500 mio, in client onboarding, trades placement, KYC review, credit lines reviews etc.
  • Liaise directly with the clients and process the trade orders pertaining to various asset classes such as equities, funds, bonds etc.
  • Pricing and placement of trades in equity derivatives such as accumulators, decumulators, options, FCNs etc.
  • Pricing and placement of trades in FX products such as PIVOT, TEKO, Options etc., and FX spots, forwards and swaps
  • Handle end to end client on-boarding process for personal-joint accounts, Personal Investment Companies (PICs), Operating and Trading Companies, Trusts and Foundations
  • Conduct detailed periodic reviews of client KYC by reviewing the Source of Wealth information, previous transactions, ID checks, PEP, REP, Sanctions and other adverse news checks through name screenings
  • Process the credit applications with lending, trading limits basis the net worth and credit worthiness of the client
  • Monitor credit lines, margin calls, credit conditions etc., and coordinate with the client to cure the breach or excess in the limits
  • Coordinate for insurance deals with the clients and brokers
  • Monitor overdrafts in the account and book short term loans
  • Book fixed deposits, process outward remittances, securities transfer-in and out etc
  • Coordinate for various portfolio administration activities such as dormant account activation, refresh the expired ID documents, W8BEN and CRS forms, address change updates, adhoc statements etc.
  • Focus on continuously upskilling myself on products, processes and futuristic technologies through in-house trainings and e-learning modules

Additional responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Market Head, Business Managers in assisting with data analysis, audit query resolution, etc.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert and support RMs and fellow ARMs on process, products and systems related queries
  • Actively contribute to streamline existing processes and end to end process re-engineering initiatives
  • Participate in UAT before launch of a new process or technology
