- Key Accountabilities:
- To ensure that each performance equipment item is compatible with the plant interface terminal points and compatible with the required performance data.
- Vendor Management:
- Vendor evaluation/meetings bid tab preparation and recommendation. Involved in vendor finalization based on the cost review.
- Follow-up with the vendor and sub contractors to complete the project on time. Participate in estimate reviews with project teams to ensure scope consistency.
- UTILITY ENGINEERING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participation in Design Review, HAZOP, Valve criticality, SIL/IPF, Alarm Rationalization and other technical review workshops.
- Prepare MDR list for process related deliverables.
- Performing/verifying the Material selection based on metal temperature calculation & as per the guidance of IBR / ASME, Start-up curve generation, Performance evaluation (as per contract, Steam generation, Efficiency, Power consumption and pressure drop commitments).
- Design Basis Preparation, Tie-in philosophy, Fire & Gas philosophy, PRT changeover study, Cause & Effect matrix.
