- Managed project portfolio of $3 billion (“Selection” to “Commissioning”): holistic lab / references analysis, PFD, Basic and Detailed Design, Construction and Commissioning
- Implemented improvement practices, risk-return analysis and value-oriented approach (product off-take agreements, preferential financing, EPC-guarantees, optimizing production plans) to increase NPV from $0.6 billion initially to $1.1 billion finally
- Spearheaded due diligence of 7 M&A targets across Brazil, Africa, Europe and Asia with total EV more than $6 billion
- Two targets with total EV of $1 billion accepted bidding offer with $350 million negotiated discount based on technical due diligence results
- Led overhaul and operational excellence projects including debottlenecking, OEE-analysis, RCA-analysis and reoptimizing feedstock portfolio with 1-tier consultants participating.
