• Preparation of Delay analysis for EOT(Extension of Time).
• Monitor critical activities based on project schedule and advise project management.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation, Tracking and monitoring, Analyzing & documenting delays of the project activities on monthly, Weekly rolling programs with respect to Baseline Schedule.
• Preparing, Tracking, Rescheduling and submission of detail scheduled programs to system contractors for commencement of works linked with civil works.
• Delay quantifications & analysis of activities and providing technical assistance for preparation of Extension of Time application.
• Monitoring, Reviewing timelines & Co-originating with Design consultants & Multi-Stakeholders involved for in-time design deliverables.
• Estimating quantities and planning construction joints of structure according to plant capacity to maintain adequate pour rate of concrete.
• Prepared Bar Bending Schedules various structures according to working drawings.
• Assisting Project manager while regular site progress review meetings along with manpower suppliers and relevant stakeholders.
