I hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Al Qasimia University in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

During my studies, I gained a solid foundation in economics, accounting, finance, statistics, management, and other key business disciplines. I also developed strong written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

To strengthen my practical knowledge, I successfully completed professional training programs at Emirates NBD Bank and the Sharjah Center for Islamic Economics, where I gained valuable industry experience and received certificates of completion.

I have more than five years of experience in customer service and sales with du Telecom. Throughout my career, I consistently achieved high customer satisfaction ratings and exceeded sales targets, demonstrating my ability to build strong customer relationships, solve problems effectively, and deliver outstanding results.

In addition, I have over seven years of experience teaching children at the same school where I studied. This role helped me develop strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills while working with students from diverse backgrounds.
