Driving the pre-opening key milestones to secure smooth hotel opening including the following:

  • Legal Entity and Hotel Licenses: worked closely with OWCO to establish hotel entity and issuing hotels licenses.
  • OS&E Procurement: Review all OS&E packages list according to Hilton Brand Standard and support any saving opportunities in price comparison and operation requirements.
  • Take ownership of the roadmap tasks and milestones to ensure their timely completion for smooth hotel opening in coordination with the regional specialists.
  • Recruitment of all key positions and facilitate the onboarding process and make sure that in line with POB hiring plan to avoid extra expenditure.
  • Maintain tight control on pre-opening expenses not to exceed the approved POB. Managed to show saving 30% of approved POB, despite that the POB was calculated on 8 months, however the pre-opening period was extended to 18 months.

Post opening: hotel was opened on April 18th, 2024.

  • Work commercial action plan with team to drive the performance of revenue channels.
  • Despite the operation pending tasks, we have managed to drive the guest experience and satisfaction to set the hotel on the top ranked 5 stars hotel in the market in all guest site review platform.
  • Identified and resolved operational issues impacting productivity, performance or profitability.
  • Directed day-to-day work of 154 employees and motivated teams to exceed objectives.
  • Recruited and managed senior staff with focus on delivering clear results.
  • Maintained organisational compliance with applicable legislation and regulations.
