● To provide quality service to Emirates and United Airlines passengers in respect to check-in, boarding, special services, lounge, airport hotel and baggage services companies commercial and safety standards and procedures

● To provide a comprehensive escort service to all Emirates First Class, VIP and IO passengers, that’s include check-in, immigration, mishandled baggage, onward connections, reservations, and assistance while resolving issues such as mis-connections, cancelled booking, improper documentation in order, to increase the volume of the business through the provision of a quality service

● Advise the passengers of facilities offered at the lounge and the boarding procedures of their flights

● Lead a team of Airport Service Agents on all issues relating to check- in, monitor, guide and advice team members to ensure that superior customer service levels are upheld, and assist the process of ensuring the safe and on-time departure of Emirates flights.

● Monitor the self check-in kiosks and ensure passengers are briefed on the process and usage of the kiosks

● Get involved in on job training of new joiners and familiarization of people new to the area, ensuring they are fully aware of the company standards and procedures

● Attend and brief all customers using the lounge facilities available, procedures for boarding and facilities available in the concourse in order to ensure a convenient and pleasant stay at the lounge followed by an on time completion of boarding formalities.
