• Well accomplished in sales & technical aspects of Pumps - KSB, Grundfos, Xylem Goulds, Lowara, Ebara, DAB, Pedrollo, ESPA, Davey, Akas,…etc.

• Maintaining proper pipelines for all the on-going & future projects.

• Ensuring proper guidance in sales & technical aspects for junior engineers.

• Efficient in Pump Selection

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of product technical documentation, test reports, approvals, certification, service reports, etc.

• Responsible for inbound sales & conversions.

• Keeping relations with consultants, contractors and other decision makers.

• Supervising/supporting after sales services like installation of pumps, spares parts sales, under warranty issues etc.

• Identifying the strength of various brands & thus tackling different projects.

• Solar Water Heater Proposal & Preparing Submittal for Natural Circulation Projects including design calculation.

• Proposal & Submittal Submission for GRP Panel Tanks.

• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Report of MEP activities.

• Understanding the Drawing, Specifications, BOQ, Contract Documents & scope of projects.

• Assist in designing of HVAC and Plumbing drawings. • Quantity take off from the projects & preparing of BOQ.

• Regulation/control of manpower in the site.

• Raise necessary queries to fulfill the system to review with Sr. Estimator.
