Job Management & Coordination Quality Assurance Communication & Follow-Up Post-Service Engagement

Customer Interaction

• Greet customers and assess their body repair needs (accidents, dents, paintwork, etc.)
• Collect and document all necessary information (insurance details, damage reports, expectations)
• Provide detailed repair estimates and explain the repair process
• Coordinate vehicle drop-off and pickup times
• Open job cards and ensure accurate entry of work requirements
• Coordinate with the bodyshop team, painters, parts department, and insurers
• Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion
• Follow up with technicians on parts availability, delays, or quality checks
• Inspect completed jobs for quality and completeness before vehicle handover.
• Ensure all repairs meet German Experts’ high standards of workmanship
• Keep customers updated on repair status
• Act as a liaison between customers and insurance companies if applicable
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, or inquiries professionally
• Conduct post-service calls to ensure customer satisfaction
• Encourage feedback and promote return visits for future services

Customer Engagement Sales Performance roduct Knowledge & Brand Representation

• Greet and consult with walk-in and online clients
• Understand client requirements and offer tailored service packages
• Explain services such as detailing, polishing, tinting, rust proofing, and paint protection in a clear, professional manner
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Upsell premium services or add-ons (e.g., ceramic coating, full interior packages)
• Promote seasonal promotions or loyalty programs to maximize conversion
• Stay updated on all VENENO services, products, and pricing
• Represent VENENO’s premium brand values in every interaction
• Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer demands
