• Study IT Service Operation processes to identify gaps & opportunities for improvement & there by deliver solutions through process re-engineering /definition, process deployment and strive for continuous improvement through periodic assessment & reviews
• Propose quality control checklist & guidelines through which IT Operational Quality can be improved
• Periodic Status Reporting & Client Liaison to assess & validate progress is in line with organization strategy.

• Designed and developed converters for more than 30 network types in ASN.1, TAP 3.11 and HLR formats with conversion rate of more than 2000 CDRs per second
• Designed and developed post processors for multiple mediation streams
• Designed and developed first of its kind Reverse Converters for re-generation of Network files from mediated ASCII files in original ASN.1/TAP 3.11 formats.
