Roles & Responsibilities;

  • Detail study of Scope of work, specifications, Equipment and schedules.
  • Attend Customer and Vendor meetings to answer technical queries and complete required deliverables.
  • Planning, Execution, Installation, inspection and supervision of construction activities maintaining records and files.
  • Review every work coming under scope before and after completion. Provide technical assistance to Junior Engineers, Technician, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers when requested.
  • Conduct detail study of project design drawing for Installation of Chiller Plant, VRV/ VRF System, Air Distribution Duct Layout, Chilled water Piping, Condenser Water Piping Schematic diagram, A/C Plant Room Layout, Ventilation & air-cooling system.
  • Ensures budgeting guidelines are met and prioritizes expenditures to stay within budget and deadlines.
  • Inspects work in process to ensure its completion within allotted time limits and for acceptable quality standards.
  • Develop, prepare and recommend plans, and specifications for MEP system installation, repair alteration, and construction activities.
  • Adhered to timelines to meet quality assurance targets.
  • Established strong working relationships with clients to ensure clear communication of expectations and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
