As a co- founder, I've been responsible and achieved the following:

• Established the center and the center's kitchen in terms of location, recruiting and material resourcing.
• Built the full kitchen menu and recipes and calculated the total nutritional facts in each meal.
• Established a marketing plan with a total reach of 1000 clients.
• Achieved a total of 120 registered clients in the first year.
• Supervised a team of 2 dietitians and assured the best customer service is being delivered to clients.

Responsible of a total of 70 client and performed the following:

• Planned nutritious meal options for individuals with various health needs and conditions.
• Educated clients on the importance of proper nutrition for managing chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease
• Improved clients outcomes by developing individualized nutrition plans and providing ongoing counseling.

• Determined client-specific nutrient and energy requirements, with consideration to specific lifestyles, physiology and medical concerns to help clients reach their weight management goals.
• Analyzed nutrient content of recipes or menus manually to ensure alignment with dietary requirements.
• Established and maintained positive relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members through effective communication and collaboration.
