Coordinates with other departments to ensure orders and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales executive is unavailable.
Coordinate with customers regarding unforeseen delays, delivery time and date.
Preparing for all delivery documents and for export make sure that Trade Compliance Regulations are strictly follow.
Interact with the sales team on a daily basis, sharing information and knowledge on customer's feedback and concerns.

Prepare SOA and follow up on payment with the collection team in a timely manner.
Prepare Sales reports as required.
Work with Operations to address and resolve issues.
Calling potential and existing customers.
Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Create quotations, PI, receipts, vendor registration in ERP system.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
Assisting customer with information regarding their order history, returned shipments, order status, and all other standard requests received.
Review orders on a daily basis for possible issues for fulfillment and address issues.
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Working with the marketing department to convert inquiries into leads.
Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested.
Negotiate pricing and terms with clients.
Monitor and reports sales activity within the system.
Keep records of calls, and sales, and note useful information's.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email and in persons.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Coordinate with procurement and other team members for order executions.
Maintaining an accurate records of all leads, customer accounts and sales.
Research and compare potential vendors.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
