Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate UAE & GCC transport movements and cross-border operations.
• Ensure compliance with GCC border control, customs documentation, and regulations.
• Plan, dispatch, and monitor jobs using Transport ERP system, including invoicing.
• Manage commercial vehicles, equipment, and drivers across all locations.
• Coordinate with border agents, clearing agents, and customs authorities to resolve issues.
• Manage third-party transporters from job planning to delivery completion.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and optimal turnaround of trucks and equipment.
• Verify legal documentation, licenses, and insurance for own and third-party fleets.
• Negotiate competitive transport rates with vendors.
• Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to contractual SLAs.
• Coordinate with Finance on petty cash and driver payments.
• Support business development initiatives and operational projects.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of UAE & GCC transport, customs, and border procedures.
• Experience with Transport ERP systems (job planning, dispatch, invoicing).
• Proven experience managing fleets, drivers, and third-party transporters.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in 24/7 transport operations environment.

• Coordinate GCC Transport Movement activity of entire Transport department.
• Extensive knowledge of GCC border control and customs documentation.
• Prior ERP or software experiencing entering vendor/customer information, updating jobs and invoicing in Transport ERP system.
• Extensive experience in managing commercial vehicle, equipment and drivers.
• Coordination with all border agents for documents issues, escalation and border control paperwork.
• Coordinate with 3rd party transporters from planning of jobs to dispatch and delivery.
• Ability to enter in ERP from planning of jobs to dispatch, delivery, job card and invoicing.
• Ensure all delivers are made on time as per schedule with customer.
• Ensure trucks and equipment are turnaround on time from delivery locations and workshops.
• Ensure 3rd party vehicles have all necessary legal documentation, licenses and insurances and their fleets are in good condition.
• Ensure drivers, trucks and equipment are available in all locations as required.
• Good negotiation skills to minimize buying rates from 3rd party vendors.
• Generate new business for GCC transport.
• Monitor and maintain quality of service and service levels outlined in contract.
• Coordinate with finance team to manage day-to-day petty cash.
• Ensure to make payments drivers in accordance of company delegation of authority.
• Process job cards and invoicing via Transport ERP system, Assist in executing plans and projects set by Operations Manager.
• Ability to discuss, negotiate and resolve job related matters with customers and vendors.
• Responsible and customer service oriented as transport is around-the-clock operation. Other ad hoc work assigned by line manager.

• Arranging oil and gas tankers for customer for local and GCC movement.
• Extensive experience in managing commercial vehicle, equipment and drivers.
• Coordination with all border agents for documents issues, escalation and border control paperwork.
• Coordinate with 3rd party transporters from planning of jobs to dispatch and delivery.
• Ensure all delivers are made on time as per schedule with customer.
