• Carry out full concept and schematic design, CAD drawings and concept reports for both Architectural and interior projects.
• Team leader, project architect, and coordinator between departments.
• Attending meeting with clients, handle presentation, revisions and required modifications.
• Follow up with projects site progress, inspections, material submittals and shop drawing.
• Align the design with UAE codes and IBC, comply and track with authorities approvals.
• Work closely with contractors, client’s representatives, and sub-consultants.
• Material selection board (interior and exterior)

Undertake fit-out projects from concept to completion stages.
Prepare project presentations that concludes design proposals that meets clients’ requirements

Prepare Detail drawings and review shop drawings
Create mood boards, material selection, furniture selection… etc.
Prepare BOQ and/ or material specifications sheets
Develop design from schematic until construction stage in coordination with all team members and other parties (client, subcontractors)
Site visits and reviewing construction drawings, shop drawings and technical drawings
Establish healthy communication with clients to meet their goals and requirements
Hand sketching, concept sketches that meets clients design requirements
Custom design furniture pieces that meet client’s design expectations

- Preparing Tender documents, IFC Drawings, and detail Drawings.
- Attending meeting with clients, handle presentation, revisions and required modifications.
- Follow up proposals submissions, materials selection and projects progress. – Reviewing Shop drawings and material submittals.
- Work closely with contractors, client’s representatives, and sub-consultants. – Full interior material selections with material board presentations (tiles, furniture, fabric…etc.)

- Design Private Villas and meetings with clients. - Reviewing submittals, shop drawing and samples according to tender drawings and BOQ’s.
- Follow up authority’s submissions, revisions and approvals
