• Making new lease contracts for employees and teachers
• Making lease contracts for buildings
• Coordinating and assisting with housing placements for individuals and families
• Providing ongoing advice, consultation and technical assistance to supervisor and senior level agency staff on housing matters
• Serving as a liaison to all district housing agencies, providers and housing landlords/owners on all matters related to housing
• Managing and supervising the housing system for all ADEC’s employees
• Coordinating agency and provider’s activities related to, and overall compliance with, any/all housing settlement agreements or decrees
• Working with Information Technology Specialists to maintain any/all housing databases
• Providing continuous training and technical assistance to providers to ensure compliance with all applicable housing regulations, laws and standards
• Performing other duties as assigned
• Assessing the logistical needs of teams and individuals in ADEC and ensuring all necessary services and arrangements are in place for the provision of these, in line with policies on logistic use and logistical budgets
• Providing logistical support for all staff in ADEC, to include arranging the accommodations, managing the ingoing and outgoing correspondence of ADEC and organizing all travel arrangements for employees as required
• Assisting in the investigation into suitable external service providers for ADEC logistics for ensuring providers chosen provide cost effective and efficient fulfillment of logistical needs
• Monitoring the effectiveness of providers of logistical services through feedback obtained from staff in ADEC and, thus changing providers if appropriate
• Liaising with other specialists in the Personnel Administration Section on special issues and coordinating the paperwork and staff notification of administrative requirements
• Team leader of housing, transportation controller, handling LPO’s for General Services Division in ADEC HQ and the three regional offices (Abu Dhabi, AlAin, Al Gharbia Region)

Studying oil and gas well drilling plans and following up on oil and gas extraction procedures according to required specifications.
