• IT In Charge of 4 luxury restaurants (La Serre Boulangerie, Bistro, Taikun, Distillery) downtown and Hilton Habtoor Place.
• Responsible for Pre-opening and relocation of new and existing outlets
• Providing IT support to all office staff including all restaurant networks, servers CCTV, Wi-Fi, and POS systems.
• Update POS menus, prices, Food cost Control & Counter menu board Daily Sales Update on IIKO Server and formerly Micros Symphony Server.
• Create & configure a new user in Active Directory and maintain domain users.
• Knowledge of Website designing and Development using CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript and WordPress
• Managing Office 365 complete administration
• Handing Windows, macOS users laptop and desktop, strong knowledge about macOS system.
• Contribution with new ideas and suggestions in line with organizational requirements, making sure all company system's security and policies are followed

• Responsible for installing Opera PMS software and configure all users right according to designation
• Responsible for IT budget planning for the department.
• Submit weekly IT Department service report to General Manager
• Handing daily Guest complaint relation IT issue
• Handling & Troubleshooting financial department SAP ERP System Handling all hardware troubleshooting & software support all staff.
• Working on the server (Windows server2012R2 SAGE 300 ERP System)
• Update POS menus, prices, Food cost Control & Counter menu board Documenting, resolving, tracking and escalating (when necessary) helpdesk requests in a friendly and professional manner Ensure daily process are followed and executed successfully
• Troubleshooting and repair Micros 3700 POS hardware and software
